Whaaat AI or Sintra: named marketing agents for small teams

Whaaat AI is a Berlin platform with 28 named marketing agents (Lin for LinkedIn, Bob for blogs, Sepp for SEO articles) that share one brand knowledge base, for $25 a month with unlimited use. Sintra bundles 12 named helpers across marketing, support, sales and admin on a discounted subscription with 250 credits a month. The deciding difference: Whaaat is marketing-only and unmetered; Sintra is broader but metered.

Pick Whaaat AI if…

  • Your need is marketing content across many channels and you want one flat price with no meter.
  • You run several brands or clients and want presets per brand.
  • You prefer a German vendor with a Berlin address, even though hosting details are not yet published.

Pick Sintra if…

  • You need helpers beyond marketing: support, sales, bookkeeping, recruiting.
  • You want integrations with Gmail, Notion or Shopify inside the helper chat.
  • You can accept credits and US processing for a low promo price.

Where each one falls short

Whaaat AI

  • No published hosting region, GDPR statement or team seat model on the site; a ~12-person startup that closed a seed round in 2026 (ADZINE, June 2026). Ask before buying.
  • Agents produce content; the site lists no publishing or scheduling integrations, so posting still happens elsewhere.

Sintra

  • Credits: 250 a month on every plan; image and data tasks drain them fast, and Trustpilot suspended Sintra's score over review incentives while recent reviews cite credit burn (uk.trustpilot.com, Aug 2026).
  • Helpers do not execute: no auto-posting, sending or CRM updates; no helpdesk integrations such as Zendesk (eesel review, 17 Jul 2026).

Whaaat AI or Sintra: the verdict

For a small marketing team that only wants content, Whaaat AI is simpler and cheaper to run: $25, no credits, marketing-only. Sintra suits a solo founder who needs a support or sales helper too and can manage credits. On data protection, neither publishes an EU hosting fact today; Whaaat is at least a German legal entity.

A third option

If you want the work done, not a chat window

Both tools above give one person named agents to chat with. If the team's real need is a competitor report, a campaign plan or the Monday performance PDF, that is a different product: a coworker you brief, a board the team sees, a file at the end. Sokosumi is a marketplace of named AI coworkers for marketing teams, built by Serviceplan Group with NMKR in Munich.

  • 52 coworkers and agents from 7 vendors; each profile names the vendor, the models and the hosting, with EU hosting available.
  • Free: 250 credits per seat per month, no card. Paid seats €25, €75 or €200 per month; credits are used only when a task runs.
  • Tasks show on a shared board and end with a finished PDF, deck, spreadsheet or dashboard.
