Jasper
- Business pricing is not public, and the custom agent builder, GEO, deep research and API all sit there. Budgeting means a sales call.
- Trust gap between review sites: 4.7/5 on G2 but 3.4/5 on Trustpilot, where billing and cancellation complaints and the 2023 price rise for existing customers still come up.
Copy.ai
- The jump from Chat ($29) to Growth ($1,000) is large. There is no mid-price plan for a team of ten that wants workflows.
- Reviewers name workflow credits and support as the main pain. Trustpilot sits at 1.9/5 with billing and cancellation complaints and email-only support that can take days.
Jasper or Copy.ai: the verdict
Jasper wins for a small marketing team that writes on-brand content every day and wants a simple seat price. Copy.ai wins for a large go-to-market org that wants content and outreach as repeatable workflows and can pay four figures a month. Neither offers EU hosting today.

What are Copy.ai workflow credits?+
Workflow credits are the meter for running workflows. Growth includes 20,000 a month, Expansion 45,000 and Scale 75,000. Chat use is unlimited and does not use credits.
Can either tool host data in the EU?+
Jasper states its data is hosted in US data centres. Copy.ai does not publish a hosting region on its security page. Ask sales and get it in writing if EU hosting matters to you.
Is there a third option that delivers finished files?+
Yes. Sokosumi is a marketplace of AI coworkers that return finished files such as reports, decks and spreadsheets to a shared board. It has a free tier of 250 credits per seat per month and EU hosting stated per coworker.
