The three layers

Global Data Platform

A distributed data-mesh architecture connects market and client data so local teams can work from a common foundation.

Plus.AI

A brand-specific conversational operating system helps teams research, predict, build personas, compare touchpoints and pre-test decisions.

Behave.AI

Behavioural science is packaged into Purchase.AI, Tribes.AI and Resonance.AI to explain decisions and improve strategy and creative relevance.

Plus.AI is the media interface

Mediaplus launched Plus.AI with technology partner Akkio in June 2026. Public descriptions name seven modules: Research.AI, Search.AI, Predict.AI, Touchpoint.AI, Persona.AI, Behave.AI and Pretest.AI. The interface is conversational, but the important part is the connected data and media workflow behind the chat.

The system is configured per brand and built on Mediaplus' international data-mesh architecture. It is intended to give strategists access to current research, forecasting, personas, touchpoint comparisons and pre-testing in one environment. The public announcement does not expose model cards, customer-level accuracy or a common ROI figure, so those remain evaluation questions rather than established outcomes.

Behave.AI adds behavioural science

Mediaplus expanded the UK-founded Behave unit to Germany and across its network in May 2026. The official announcement describes three products: Purchase.AI for purchase decisions, Tribes.AI for cultural and social groups, and Resonance.AI for the emotional effect of communication.

This is a different claim from generic sentiment analysis. Behave combines behavioural-science models, experimental design and consultancy with AI-assisted analysis. Mediaplus names work for brands including E.ON, Zoetis, Hiscox, Lorenz NicNacs and BRITA, but does not publish one standard performance lift across those engagements.

A media decision loop

The value of the system depends on how evidence, judgment and activation stay connected.

01

Ask

A strategist frames the decision: an audience, budget, channel mix, message or expected behavioural response.

02

Ground

Plus.AI and the Global Data Platform retrieve and structure the available brand, market, media and behavioural evidence.

03

Decide

People compare scenarios and select the recommendation, including assumptions and constraints that automation cannot own.

04

Activate

Campaigns are executed and optimised through Activate.AI; measured results feed the next planning cycle.

Serviceplan Group's AI product for marketing teams

What the House of Communication learned about AI, as a product you can use on Monday

Sokosumi is the marketplace of named AI coworkers built by Serviceplan Group with NMKR. You brief a coworker like a colleague; the task shows on a shared board and comes back as a file: a PDF, a deck, a spreadsheet or a dashboard.
