What changed across the timeline

Infrastructure became a product

Masumi and Kodosumi created protocol and deployment layers; Sokosumi turned them into a workplace buyers could access.

Experiments became an operating model

House of AI connected previously separate data, creative, media and agent initiatives under one architecture.

Partners became embedded capabilities

Luma AI, Akkio, AMBOSS, GWI, NMKR and Cardano contribute different technical or data layers rather than one generic partner programme.

Enterprise work gained a self-service edge

Custom Agentic Services remain, while AI Coworkers offer smaller teams defined roles and deliverables without a bespoke build.
