From custom systems to a product teams can open today
Plan.Net is Serviceplan Group's experience and technology brand. Its public Agentic Services offer is the custom end of the spectrum: agents are designed for client-specific research, content, design and operational workflows, connected to data and tools, and orchestrated with frameworks such as CrewAI and LangGraph.
At the other end, Sokosumi standardises access. Teams can sign up, select a coworker or specialist agent, submit a brief and receive a deliverable without commissioning a bespoke integration. The two offers serve different buying contexts; they should not be presented as interchangeable.

The standalone enterprise unit
Plan.Net announced Plan.Net Agentic AI on 8 July 2026 as a standalone business unit led by managing directors Hadi Lotfi and Konrad Schreiber. The launch announcement reports around 40 employees and an international enterprise focus. Its published service map covers AI-ready operating models, decision intelligence, agentic architecture and implementation, AI-assisted production, marketing intelligence and ongoing operation.
The announcement says the unit is running multi-market work in banking, FMCG and automotive, but it does not name clients or publish outcomes. Those are therefore rollout claims, not case studies. Serviceplan also distinguishes this enterprise-transformation offer from standardised products for smaller organisations.
Which buying path fits
Sokosumi and AI Coworkers fit bounded work that a team wants to start without a bespoke build. Agentic Services fit a custom workflow or agent that needs specific data, tools and approvals. Plan.Net Agentic AI is positioned for enterprise-wide operating models, architecture, implementation and ongoing operation.
